As a registered SynSociety member, you’re able to turn the points you’ve earned into reward coupons. Customers who checkout of our store as Guests and who are not yet members are still able to earn points on their purchases and actions, but it’s not until they join SynSociety that they will be able to redeem them for rewards.
Registering is free and easy via the ‘Sign In / Register’ section of the main menu. Please note, the email address you choose when creating your account is used as your membership ID and will not be able to be changed after doing so.
Website accounts that existed prior to SynSociety’s launch automatically become SynSociety accounts. As a thank you and for having already completed this step, these accounts will have been credited with 400 points. Moving forward, all new website accounts will be considered SynSociety accounts.
You can earn points in a variety of ways, such as for every dollar spent on our site (excluding for the purchase of eGift Cards), and for various actions, such as creating an account, sharing your birthday with us, and signing up to our newsletter. See the ‘Ways To Earn Points’ section above to learn more.
When you reach 400 points, you will receive a $10 off reward coupon, and when you reach 1,000 points, you will receive a $25 off reward coupon. When you qualify for a reward coupon, you will be able to redeem it at the checkout via the dropdown selector that will appear.
The more you do and spend, the more you earn, and the more you earn, the more you’re rewarded. It’s our way of thanking you for making Synergie Skin a part of your skin health journey.
Customers who checkout as Guests and who are not yet members are still able to earn points on their purchases and actions, but it’s not until they join SynSociety that they will be able to turn them into rewards that they can redeem.
Unfortunately, SynergieSkin.com purchases made prior to SynSociety’s launch will not be honoured as points. You will be able to earn points for every qualifying purchase you make moving forward, however. We look forward to rewarding you for your continued loyalty.
If you are an existing SynSociety member but checked out as a Guest using the same email address at checkout that you used to create your account, you can rest assured that you have not lost the points you earned on those purchases. This is because the email address you chose when creating your account is used as your membership ID. Please note, the email address used to create your account will not be able to be changed after doing so.
However, if you are a member and checked out as a Guest using a different email address than the one you used to create your account, your points will not be added to your SynSociety account and will instead be associated with the different email address. For this reason, we recommend signing into your account every time you visit our store.

You are able to earn points on every product purchased on our site, except for eGift Cards. However, as the receiver of an eGift Card you will be able to earn points for using it partially or completely in a transaction, as the eGift Card acts as another form of money for the receiver of the card.
After completing this action via the tile above, you will receive your Annual Birthday Coupon on your actual birthday, except in cases where the birth date is within 30 days of when it was first entered. In such cases, we will give you the reward in a delay of 30 days from the date of entry. Please note that once you enter your birthday, you will not be able to change it. We look forward to helping you celebrate your special day.
If this is the case, then we thank you. In order to now receive the points for either or both of these actions, we ask that you simply click their tiles above (‘Instagram Follow’ and ‘Facebook Page Like’) to confirm the action and to ensure this reflects in your account as points earned. For security reasons we are unable to carry this step out for you, unfortunately.
Subscribers of our email newsletter prior to SynSociety’s launch will have been credited with 50 points for having already completed this action. This credit will be associated with the email address used to subscribe with. If this relates to you but you are not yet a member, simply create an account using that same email address and your 50 points for subscribing will be waiting for you in the My Account section of the site.
For members who would like to subscribe to our newsletter, please do so using the same address as your SynSociety account email, otherwise your points will be split across the email address used to create your account and the different one used to subscribe. If this is the case for you, we invite you to simply resubscribe using your account email address, and then unsubscribe from your other email address to avoid receiving our newsletter twice.
As a member, you will have access to exclusive product promotions. These will take place throughout the year for a specific product or category of products, and when you purchase such a product during the event, you will receive a bonus point/points for each dollar spent on it.
As an added benefit, you will receive a congratulatory reward coupon for advancing to either Savvy or Sophisticate status. Please allow at least 30 minutes between orders for your tier status to upgrade and for your reward coupon to be activated.
You will be able to view your latest point balance as well as your order and reward history, by signing into your SynSociety account and viewing the ‘My Account’ or ‘Rewards’ sections of the main menu. The points you earn will appear in your SynSociety account immediately after completing your transaction.
If a past transaction is successfully refunded, either partially or in full, you will lose the points you had previously earned on the refunded products, and this will reflect accordingly in the ‘My Account’ or ‘Rewards’ sections in due course.
Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means that members who exceed this timeframe without earning or redeeming SynSociety points will lose their accrued point balance, so we encourage you to keep shopping in our store to avoid this happening.
SynSociety tiers are based on a rolling 12-month period starting from when you reach the next tier. This means that you have 365 days to keep your Savvy or Sophisticate status by spending the amount that will keep you there (per the ‘SynSociety Tiers’ table above), otherwise you will be downgraded to the tier you are eligible for based on your spend during that 365 day period.
This period starts over again from the date you happen to then upgrade yourself or are automatically downgraded due to the above-mentioned reason. You can never lose your Seeker status as it is SynSociety’s lowest tier.
At this stage, it is available to all customers except for those with a US postal address.
At this stage, all rewards coupons are available in AUD only.
SynSociety referrals encourage our valued customers to make word-of-mouth referrals in exchange for a reward coupon. The referral begins when you share your unique link with a friend using the ‘Refer A Friend’ section above. Friends who click the link will be directed to our website where they will be greeted with a welcome message and a coupon code. As a Synergie Skin advocate, you will then be rewarded for every successful referral, which you can redeem by spending a minimum of $150 AUD (price after discount) in one transaction.
A referral is only considered successful if it meets the following requirements:
- The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend amount of $100 AUD (price after discount) in one transaction.
- It must be the referred friend's first purchase on SynergieSkin.com.
- The referred friend’s IP address and user profile that clicks on the referral link must match the IP address and user profile that completes the purchase.
As follows, there are a number of factors that can cause a referral to fail:
- If the referred friend clicked on the referral link but then made the purchase under a different IP address or under a different user profile, the referrer would not receive the reward.
- If the minimum spend amount was reached by the referred friend but part of the sum was paid for using any kind of coupon, this will not be counted as a successful referral. The minimum amount must be paid for with either/a combination of actual money, an eGift Card, or the SynSociety redemption options (see the ‘How To Use Your Points’ section above for more detail on redemption options).
- The referral will only be successful if the minimum amount of $100 AUD (price after discount) is spent in the customer’s first purchase made via the referral link. The minimum spend amount cannot span across several transactions.
- If the referred friend clicks on the referral link, goes on to spend the minimum amount in one transaction that is their first but does not use the reward coupon at checkout, the referrer will still receive the reward but the referred friend will not because they didn't apply the code.
- If the emails, shipping addresses or billing addresses of both sides of the referral are the same, the referral will be blocked.
Referring customers will be able to earn rewards on successful referrals even if they are not SynSociety members, and existing members will be able to send referrals even if they are not logged into their account. However, we encourage all referring customers to create a SynSociety account and log into it with every visit to our store so that any referrals sent and rewards earned are automatically attributed to the same email address that was used to create your account. This keeps your points history and referrals history linked.
You can keep track of your completed and pending referrals by clicking the ‘Your Referrals’ tab at the top of the referrals section above. We encourage all referring customers to create a SynSociety account and log into it with every visit to our store so that any referrals sent and rewards earned are automatically attributed to the same email address that was used to create your account. This keeps your points history and referrals history linked.
